aN in-person consultation prior to booking is required For new clients seeking complete blonding services, corrective color, and for extensions.

Cancellations & NO-SHOWS

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in a 50% charge for the reserved service.

No-Shows will result in a full 100% charge for the REServed service.

Refunds and Exchanges

We do not issue refunds for completed services. If you are dissatisfied, we offer adjustments within one week of your appointment.
